We are happy to offer onsite garage parking for our residents. Our garages are directly attached, fully heated and access secured. Our parking rate is very competitive at $155/month if combined with your lease. We also offer a month-to-month option for $175 for added flexibility. Electric plug-in options are also available!
There is a one-time $150 upfront pet fee, and we ask for $35/month in pet rent, per pet- this is regardless of having a dog vs a cat. We are proud to be pet-friendly in all of our apartments and allow two pets total per apartment.

Cats: No declawing necessary.
When you apply you instantly reserve your new home! To reserve your new home a $50 application fee, a $150 admin fee, and a $500 deposit(refundable upon move-out) are due.
The deposit is held through the entirety of the lease and is refundable upon move-out. If you decide to not proceed with a lease the $500 deposit would be refunded. The application and admin fees are non-refundable.
